The Process

For many LGBTQ+ couples, there will be a number of important decisions to make about how to start a family. In most cases, either an egg donor and/or sperm donor is needed along with IVF treatment, and sometimes a gestational carrier is needed as well. To get started, we recommend all of our LGBTQ+ parents begin by asking themselves:

If you need an egg donor, we are here to help you find the perfect match! We specialize in matching intended parents with the perfect egg donor for them. If you are providing eggs and need help with egg harvesting and IVF, we can help by offering information and the support of our outstanding medical and legal teams.

Surrogacy

If you have decided to use the services of a gestational carrier, we can connect you with some of the top surrogacy agencies around, and are happy to offer advice throughout the process.

Sperm

The person providing the sperm will undergo routine testing to analyze sperm mobility, volume, and concentration. This is important to ensure the best health and success for the carrier and the future baby!

In Vitro Fertility (IVF)

In vitro fertilization (IVF) is a process where doctors manually fertilize eggs in a laboratory and then implant the embryos in a birthing person’s uterus.
