Chosen Egg Bank provides parents with options to select a number of eggs based on their needs be allowing parents to select how many eggs with out purchasing them in cohorts. This also rewards parents with additional discounts when they enter a new Tier based on the number of eggs they purchase.

You get free access to our expansive parent portal, where you can see a wide variety of donors’ personal, family, and medical histories.

All of our donors are held to the highest standards, as we require a psychological evaluation, high AMH levels, and fully mature eggs that are ready for fertilization.

*A minimum of 8 eggs is required for purchase.

  • 1 blastocyst guarantee for 8-13 eggs, 2 blastocysts guarantee for 14-20 eggs, 3 blastocysts guarantee for 21+ eggs

  • Add-ons: $500 per additional egg for the fertilization of more than 10 eggs

Partner clinics

Ship your frozen eggs to one of our trusted partner clinics.

  • Egg shipment: $900 (includes $25K insurance)

  • Lab shipment processing: $350

  • Fertilization: cost is determined by each clinic

  • 1 blastocyst guarantee for 8-13 eggs, 2 blastocysts guarantee for 14-20 eggs, 3 blastocysts guarantee for 21+ eggs
